Here’s an idea for a quick and delicious high protein snack!
Add some chili bean sauce (I like Lee Kum Kee) to some drained chickpeas.
Fry the chickpeas in some oil for about 10 minutes.

- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee chili bean sauce
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 3 tbsp oil
- Drain your chickpeas. Pour the drained chickpeas into a bowl.
- Add the chili bean sauce to chickpeas, and mix.
- Fry the chickpeas on medium high heat with 3 tbsp oil for 10 minutes.
